FALL SEMESTER ENROLLMENT

Fall semester 2000-2001 headcount enrollment on the eight campuses, as shown in the chart below, is 93,775, the fifth largest in the institution's history. Total university enrollment is up 1,176 from last year's enrollment of 92,599.

The Bloomington campus accounts for the largest portion of the Fall 2000 total, 37,076, or 39.5 percent. The IUPUI enrollment of 27,525 accounts for 29 percent. Enrollment information for Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne does not include Purdue University students.

Official enrollment figures are determined at the end of the first week of classes.
