COMPARISON OF INSTRUCTIONAL FEES FOR MAIN CAMPUSES OF BIG TEN INSTITUTIONS
Full-time academic-year instructional fee rates for 1999-2000 for Indiana University Bloomington and the main campuses of the other public Big Ten institutions appear in the table below. Northwestern, a private institution, is excluded because its fee rates are not comparable to those of the public institutions.
Indiana University Bloomington's resident undergraduate fee rate of $3,752
ranks fifth, and is $2,410 less than the highest rate, $6,162, at Penn State University,
but only $1,139 higher than the lowest rate, $2,613, at the University of Iowa.
